At Northern Fuego & Co our mission is to bring the rich tradition of Latin American open-fire cooking to Canadian homes by crafting a more accessible and versatile Santa Maria-style grill. Inspired by the authentic Asado a la Cruz technique, our grills are designed to cook classic Latin cuts like Vacio, Costillar, Lechón, and whole chickens—right in your backyard.
 

We aim to be Canada’s provider of Santa Maria grill that seamlessly integrates Asador functionality, eliminating the need for multiple bulky products or messy fire pits. 

By focusing on affordability, compact design, and controlled cooking, we make the bold flavours and rituals of Asado part of everyday grilling for Canadian families
